Baltimore men charged with assault after dispute over $18 taxi fare in Ocean City

Two Baltimore men were arrested Monday for refusing to pay their $18 taxi fare and then assaulting the driver, according to Ocean City Police.
Police said four passengers in a taxi that stopped near 126th Street and Coastal Highway in the early morning hours of Aug. 17 refused to pay the fare....
