Bel Air man pleads guilty in $2.5 million fraud scheme

A former owner of a group of Internet sports memorabilia businesses pleaded guilty to a $2.5 million fraud scheme, the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced Monday.
