BERLIN- Stephen Decatur’s boys’ varsity basketball team used a big 13-2 run in the second quarter to pull away from visiting Indian River, 83-52, in the second game of the Mason Dixon Tipoff Classic double-header in front of a boisterous bipartisan crowd on Monday afternoon.
