Elks Can Am Raffle Winning Ticket Drawn

The winning ticket in the summer-long Elks Can Am Raffle was drawn Sept. 22. The winner was John Hamilton of Northeast, Md. He is a fireman who has been coming to Ocean City for 30 years for the Fireman’s Convention and has always bought tickets for the Boardwalk raffles of motorcycles. He is pictured with local Elks Club officials.
