Salisbury Elks Club #817 Exalted Ruler David Hoster, left, and Esteemed Leading Knight and scholarship committee chairman Inga Hogue, right, present a $6,000 check to Rota L. Knott, executive director of the Delmarva Education Foundation, to provide $1,000 scholarships for five local students and to support DEF’s mission to promote college access.
