Ocean City/Berlin Rotary Club President Kenneth Bates, left, presents a scholarship check to Jamie Welch of Worcester Preparatory School. The club meets on Wednesdays at 6 p.m. in the Captain’s Table Restaurant in the Courtyard by Marriott, 15th St. and the Boardwalk.
